I’ve been busy lately ensuring lots of lovely cashmere items to keep you cosy next winter. Here’s a little sneak peek of things to come for Fall+Winter 2013. In the meantime, check out the interview I did for Shiny Fuzzy Muddy this week here!
Hibernation just got easier with our new cushion in our Tile Pattern. Email us if you need this or anything else for the last dregs of winter, we still have stock on hand at the studio.
Incase you’ve ever wondered about what it’s like to be an artist or designer in Vancouver, take a look at Hot Art Wet City’s great interviews with local artists. Winterluxe/astrosatchel designer Janna Hurtzig’s interview can be found here, check it out!
There’s still some time to grab a new pair of mittens or a scarf, we still have a bunch of stock in great colours at Winterluxe HQ. The studio is still open daily from noon to 7pm until December 22nd. With many of our items coming in around $40, you can find the perfect gift for the folks on your list, or even a treat for yourself without busting the bank. See you soon!
Come visit us this Sunday (Dec 16) from 10-6 at the Waldorf for the first ever East Van Bazaar! Should be lots of fun, and a great chance to pick up those last minute gift items. If you can’t make it, don’t worry: The studio is open daily from 12-7pm starting Friday Dec 14 through to Dec 22.
We couldn’t wait to get our mitts on the Straight this morning…. Check it out, and don’t forget to come visit us at Heritage Hall this weekend, just up the street from 49th Parallel!
It’s Shiny Fuzzy Muddy time once again and I can’t believe this is our 13th show!! Join me this weekend at Heritage Hall from 11-9 Saturday and 10-7 Sunday. I’ll be bringing heaps of lovely items for you and yours…. See you on Main Street!!
Thanks to everyone who came out to 339 Railway this weekend for the Eastside Culture Crawl! We saw approximately 900 people come through our building during the event, and got to talk cashmere with lots and lots of folks. It’s events like this that really mean so much to the city and it’s artists, so wether you bought something or not, thank you again for your support!
We’re around the studio lots these days, so feel free to call us and set up a personal shopping appointment: there’s still lots left to choose from so come on down, we’d love to see you again soon!
The Eastside Culture Crawl is officially on, all weekend long. Winterluxe got some love from the Westender, and our building was one of Scout magazine’s picks for the Crawl: check out the link here! See you soon!
